BLINC LLC ("BLINC," "we," "us") provides AI implementation, marketing, website design, and related digital services. Service engagements are governed by separate agreements between BLINC and the client.

Payments for services are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Consulting fees and audit fees, once services have been rendered, are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or AI implementation services. Past performance and case studies do not guarantee future results.
